Sure Signal not working, if I had hair I would definitely pull it out!

My wifes SureSignal V3 isnt working.

 

Registered, De registered, Re registered and its showing active. Unit reset etc etc. I did the port forward and now its in the DMZ of my router - all the same behaviour.

Power light solid red and internet light is flashing,
