Hello
This is my first post.
So, basically, we've had the sure signal for many years now and it's worked fine (think it's the first type of Sure Signal). The 1st, 2nd and 4th light are on all the time and the 3rd light flashes when someone makes call, and we all received full strength signal and 3G.
However, a few days back, a guy from Virgin come to the house and upgraded our broadband speed, in doing so he needed to power off the router and back on again.
Since then, the same lights are on (1st, 2nd and 4th) but the 3rd light does not flash when we make calls, our signal strenght is rubbish. It's like we aren't connected to the Sure Signal.
I've been on the phone with Vodafone customer care regarding this, they have refreshed stuff, I have turned off the router and the Sure Signal to see if that helps. I've just de-registered the box and now re-registered it again to see if that helps... nothing...
Can anyone help with this please?
Phil
