Sure Signal powered on but doesn't Connect

Sure Signal powered on and first two lights are solid (pictred attached)

but doesn't Connect

my internet speed : 80 Mbps download 25 Mbps upload

My external IP address 

81.101.60.25

my Sure Signal serial number:

42170329199

Please help me out.
