Hi
We are having major hassle wilst trying to connect our SS3 to Vodafone. Currently I suspect that our external BT IP address maybe the issue.
Can you advise if the following IP is whitelisted for the SureSignal service?
IP: 217.41.65.190
If it isn't permitted can it e, if so how do we do it?

Search MTU for your router as more than likely another.suffering incompatibility with fibre.
