I have had my sure signal box for 4 months. It has worked on and off. This 2 days it has stopped and when i contacted Vodafone for the 5th time they said the box is fine to contact BT. Now BT is looking to charge me to look at this due to the fact it is a 3rd party device. WHY was I not made aware of this by Vodafone on purchasing this product. I Took out two mobile phone contracts to which are absoutly no addition as I can not get any service now at all. Very disappointed with Vodafone. The power light is constant red and the next light is white and constantly flashing. Is there anyone who can help, very frustrated customer!!

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Can you please give me an update on this reference CS00013850492 as my sure signal box has not been working 3 weeks and to be honest this is beyond a joke. Be looking my money back and cancelling contract at this rate.
