Hello
My SS hasn't worked for a couple of weeks, before that it was regularly dropping off of the network.
I'm not able to reset it myself as the button has disappeared from where it should be, presumably due to the frequency with which I have had to use it over the last 2 years ! I'm reluctant to break the box open, so would be grateful if you could reset it from your end.
My broadband is with Sky.

Hi @davemorgs,
We've tried resetting your SS, however we're having trouble communicating with your device.
Please try your SS on another connection.

I've tried again with this and given up - I don't think the broken reset button on the device helped. I now have a new one which is working great :smileylol:
