Sure Signal - unable to add users

Sure Signal stopped working. Re-registered it and reset it (factory settings) 14/03/15. Working ok now for 'owner' phone. However, after two days of trying I still cannot add additional users. Message as follows always appears ..'Sorry - there seems to be a problem. We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later'

Can you help please?

I’m sorry to hear that.

 

Try clearing your cache and cookies. If this doesn't fix, try in another browser as this should be working.

 

If you’re still unable to add users after trying this, get in touch with our Live help team and they can look into it further.
