Sure Signal unable to register

I've had a Sure Signal for a while, moved twice recently, but in my current location it won't register.  Left it for a couple of days but nothing.  I deregistered it on my account but now it won't register again.

Sure signal SN is 40112572322

I’m not aware of any issues that are preventing you from registering your Sure Signal.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if this helps.

Also, try a different browser to see if you get the same message.

If neither suggestion helps, we can look into this for you.

Unabel to register my SS box today either. Using IE9.

Error message is not telling me anything except it hasn't worked.
