Sure Signal v2 - both lights flashing for two days

My sure signal has been working for some months now over a plusnet broadband connection. All of a sudden both lights are lashing and continue to cycle through this process.

I am a Vodafone employee and have been speaking to various people internally to no avail.

Can you please help me get this going again as I need it for work on Monday.

Oh, and I have been through the troubleshooting guide, defaulted and reconfigured my router with port forwarding settings etc etc.

This is not an issue at my end I don't believe.

As suggested above I have already been through that to no avail. None the less I called support last night, they resync'd and it now works again.

The reason it wasn't working. I have moved house. I changes the postcode. Sure signal didn't like it and decided to throw its toys out.
