Hi,
Last couple days my v2 sure signal has been playing up, first it was only showing the power light so i unplugged then replugged and left it to set its self up, after 20 min the signal light came on and phone picked up full signal, then after an hour or so the signal light went out, tried resetting again through holding reset button for as per advise elsewhere and disconnecting power while holding reset button. it does regain the signal but then goes back to only the power light on after a while.
Please help serial number is 40110710288
sure signal has worked fine for 2 years or so
Cheers
Barry

I have the same issue. I've done just about everything. Factory reset my router, factory reset my sure signal device, deregistered and registered it again. I get a connect but after a few minutes it drops again.
So this likely an issue on Vodafone's side.

Snap! My Sure Signal has worked fine for last couple of years but yesterday only intermittently. I have reset, unplugged and left for an hour, tried all the suggested remedies so I suspect it is a Vodafone related problem though I doubt you will get anyone to admit it. Will leave it for another 24 hours. I have version 2 (3 lights on front) and alwats have the red power signal but occasionally the next light (white) goes off and re-appears then goes off after a while.

Just been on the phone to Vodafone, and they do have a global fault. They told me they are working on it. One would of thought they would of at least customers know so they don't waste their time trying to get it working.

Always reassuring to hear that it's not just one's own Sure Signal that has gone pear shape. As you say they could post something on their website but as with all large faceless organisations it's just the way customers tend to be treated. I will watch the Sure Signal box with interest though not on a 24/7 basis!
Customer service is just not that... poor and inadequate service adn I bet they won't apologise or offer a gobal refund on part of the monthly charge!
Oh well, out to feed the carrier pigeons as a last resort.

By way of update..... my Sure Signal now appears to be working again at 16.46 hours. Fingers and toes crossed that it stays that way.

Matt, it was seemingly obvious this was an issue from Vodafone's side. Despite all the complaints no one from Vodafone has apologized. This is absolutely terrible customer service. If Vodafone knew this was an issue, why could they not let their customers know? I, as many others, wasted numerous hours of my weekend trying to fix this. Other have actually wasted quite a bit of money as well.

HI Can you help I have taken this trace, I'm in a mangaged building and they tell me there is no FW blocking. The trace is stopping any idea where or what this could be please.
