Hi,
My Sure Signal V3 has stopped boosting the signal – it has been working perfectly. Below is the information you’ll need/ask for. Please could you investigate. Thanks.
The light sequence is good. The lights on the sure signal are as follows from left to right:
strip light is red
planet light is
solid white wireless signals bars are white
underneath where the router is connected to it, the left light is green the right light is flashing amber intermittent

Hi there,
By the sounds of the light sequence above I would advise to call the Vodafone tech team as this seems to be an issue only they can fix.
