My Sure Signal version 2 has been great but this morning we had a power cut. Now I get no signal and no lights show on the Sure Signal, not even the power light. I have tried rebooting and leaving unplugged but still nothing. Any ideas?

Hi there
If you're not getting a power light it could indicate an issue with either the device or the power supply. I'd recommend trying another power supply and see if that solves the issue.

I have now changed the power source and so the red power light is on constantly with the other 2 lights flashing. I have tried a few reboots with no change. I was trying to see if I need to reregister however the sure signal management pages on the vodafone site hjave disappeared. Any further ideas?

Sometimes you need to wait 24 hours for the device to settle down and connect.
If you are still having issues, please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue. It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

Hi Tobyxj,
It looks like something is wrong with your internet side of things.
Your Traceroute result clearly shows that the test has only got as far as your router and no further.
Try rebooting your router and try the traceroute again.
Your Sure Signal management hasn't disappeared, Your 'My Account' portal has been updated and you can reach the Sure Signal management home page by this method .....
