Sure Signal won't Register

Hello Tech Team

I used to be with vodafone about 3 years ago and had the sure signal. Now today i have returned to the Vodafone family and have tried to re-register my sure signal but it says my serial number is already registered please can you deregister this account so i can register with my new number as i dont have any login details for my old cancelled account. Please help me as i really need to use the sure signal but can't get passed the this serial is already registered - Thanks in advance
