The sure signal in my office wont connect to my new iPhone 5s. I have de-registered and re-registered several times with no success, I've even left a gap of a few days in between. I have also reset the sure signal.
I have another sure signal at home which switched over to my new phone without any problems.
The sure signal serial number is 40132746583
Thanks in anticipation

Sure Signal Serial Number is in my previous post.
Also - the SureSignal works fine for all but one phone, which recently was upgraded from an iPhone 4s to 5s.
Thanks!

Hi - I've been through a phase of changing all our phones onto one account and haven't worried about the suresignal for a while. I'm now trying to sort it out and it seems that all the phones apart from the main phone on the account still won't connect to the sure signal. However, the main phone does connect and works fine.
So, any phone that has either been added oir had a new SIM doesn't connect.
Help!
Mr Alien.

When a SIM has been changed, you'll need to remoe the number and add it back on.
This is so the Sure Singnal picks up the new details.
Please do this with the numbers that aren't currently connecting.
