Hi, I have recently purchased a sure signal v3. It has been plugged in for 48 hours and still not connected, The red light is solid and the internet light is flashing. I was chatting to someone on live chat who then phoned me, passed me over to technical support who then hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. I am not impressed with this at all vodafone.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
