Hi I have had to recently sell my sure signal since it can't be used where I live. Before I sold it, I made sure I deregistered it, however the person who bought it says that apparently it's still registered with the initial owner.
Could someone please help me?
Serial number: 40123242618
My account name is Juergen Brinner

Hi jbrinner,
We can arrange this but we'll need access to your account first of all.
Take a look here for how to get in touch.
Thanks,
Kay

Due to data protection, only the person who has the Sure Signal register to their account can get the device deregistered.
You will need to ask your friend to contact Vodafone. As soon as your friend has got the device deregistered, you will be able to register the Sure Signal to your account.
