About 10 days after upgrading my hub to a bt home hub 5 I got a text message from vodafone asking me to verify my postcode connected to my sure signal I did this and now my sure signal will not connect to my hub only thr red power light comes on the front of the ss box. Before I was asked to confirm the postcode everything worked spot on.

How are things today?
If you do a reset as shown below, are things working again?
If not, please let me know your serial number.
Reset your Sure Signal:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Thanks for the reply. I had to reset the hub also but all seems to be working fine now.
