Hi,
I've just upgraded to a iphone 5 and its not working with my sure signal. I've read several posts on here about others having same problem and that the sure signal needs re-syncing? My serial number is 21228584344.
Thanks

Hi Cindy,
Your new phone means a new sim. The VSS system needs to associate your phone number (which is really just an alias) with the new sim. This can take a while.

Hi, Matt,
Well one small step forward - we now have more than one iPhone 4 working with the VSS, not just the admin number.
But still no joy with iPhone 5 units. What is the next step?
(By the way, as well as register / de regisrer, I did 2 things differently this time, whcih is bad practice. I changed the name of the VSS. But I have tried that before. More significanlty, in the reset sequence, I left a good 30 secs beofre I powered back on)

To recap: our VSS V1 21196999052 is now back with stable working with iPhone 4, but not with iPhone 5.
Do we need a firmware upgrade pushed to us?
Thanks

Thanks Ian,
I've tried this, but here's what happens. I press the button, and the all 4 lights are on within a few seconds. After releasing, it just seems to have gone into its notmal start up sequence and returned to its previous state (no iPhone 5 connection).
I have also continued holding the button for 30 secs, then released. Same thing.
