Sure signal no longer working after unplugging and replugging back in

I had a few problems setting up my sure signal, but got it working last week, it worked great. However, since then i had to unplug the device as i was redecorating, since ive plugged it in it has not worked. I now get a flashing red powerlight and two solid orange lights. I do not believe the problem to be with ports or my internet connection, because like i said it was working a few days ago. I have had it "resynced" from your end but no luck. Any ideas why i connected before but now does not? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have been speaking to a member of your technical team and my sure signal has started working again. Once they resynced from their end the sure signal ended up connecting after 6 hours or so. Thank you
