Sure signal no longer working after unplugging and replugging back in

I have looked through the trouble shooting guide.  I haven't changed the phone or anything. Just got back from a week away from home and the phone doesn't see a signal.The last time I had this happen, I needed a resync sent.

 

Its a version 2 (9361 home cell V2-V)

Serial no: 40112505389

Hi neonand, 

 

I’ve just resynced your device for you so, to make sure the resync completes please perform a factory reset:-


Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
