Hi kinks123,
I've done a fresh resync because of the location changes when you did the test, so give the box another reset in case that shakes something up.
If not, can you also let us know what sequence of lights you're seeing, in case that gives us a pointer?
Also, following the mention of your postcode, can you try setting it to a different one, waiting about 30 minutes then changing it back? This'll force it to pick up that you've changed things.

My sure singal 1 (sn 21196765453)
Has suddenly stop working 3 weeks ago.
I have hard reset the machine it still only have light 1,2 4 on.
Light 3 (the mobile symbol is off)
Please help, both my wife and I are on unlimited minutes tariff and now we can't even use our phone.

kinks123 - great news! Let us know if it goes down again!
rickylee - The traceroute looks OK and the lights are fine. The Sure Signal connected last night just before midnight so can you let me know if this is now working?
If not, post the following to help us look into this for you:
- Your speed test results from here.
- Your ping test results from here.
- Your external IP address from here.

Still having issues with my sure signal.

Hi rickylee,
Everything looks fine and it did update last night.
If you’re still having issues, please try the following reset procedure.
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead and the Ethernet cable out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
-Plug the Ethernet cable back in
