Have you recently upgraded or changes your SIM card?
If so then you will need to request a resync. Post your serial number here an one of the team can arrange this.
If not then you would be best to try following the steps in the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread.

If you havn't changed your phone then it won't be the cause of the issue.
You'd be best following the steps in the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread now to be honest. It will point you in the right direction for the specific version you have.

PS your serial number shoudl be on a sticker ont he device somewhere or alternatively you should be able to get it through your online account
