SureSignal 3 connection problems

Hi,

 

SureSignal 3 has been working well until yesterday. After a route restart, the SS did not come back on line even after factory reset.

Currently its sitting there with power light flashing, solid orange service, solid orange users and no internet light.

 

Serial number is: 40130607498

 

Cna anyone help?

Hi Please now disregard this call. I have followed the advice from many others and forwarded the recommended ports on my BTHomeHub5.

After a restart, it all worked again immeditaely
