I recently changed ISPs in order to get a higher monthly download allowance. Since the switch 7 days ago, SureSignal is not working anymore. I have reset a number of times and have also reset my router.
My plan is BT ADSL MAX via CNC Ltd.
Sequence of lights is as follows:

You will need to deregister the device from your online account, leave it for 24 hours and reregister. This should sort the problem out.

Unfortunately, this has not worked. I deregistered is and left it for 24 hours. It has now been on for almost 2 days and still no connection, depsite me receiving a text message whilst I was out to say it was now ready.
Please advise.

Problem persisting, still not working. Any Vodafone representative out there who may want to offer some customer service?

Also, it is now slowing down the internet, despite still not working. or providing a signal
Just unplugged it and found BT Wholesale Speed Test results are up 4 times as soon as SureSignal is off the network.

Hi @Bg7Macc, a Sure Signal requires a minimum of 1Mbps upload and download speed to perform correctly.
Please speak with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for further assistance with this.
