Hi, we closed an associate office some months ago and now would like to its SureSignal in another location. Unfortuately we are unable to log on to the account associated with this unit. How do we get it associated with a new account? Its serial number is 2122448859.

You would need to contact the person who had the Sure Signal registered to their account for this.
Due to the usual DPA, Vodafone would only be able to deregister the device on instructions from the customer who had the device registered to their account.

It was and is our SureSignal box - we know the location it was registered at, we know the phone numbers registered on it, but the email address the unit was registered too is no longer active so we can't request a new password or access the account, and the password we have not loger works for some reason.
Who do we need to contact to get this sorted?
