SureSignal Setup Pain

Hi All
Please help me, I'm a business user and have just moved from O2. Im having a nightmare setting up and am seriously considering going back to O2. The main reason for coming to Vodafone was for SureSignal and great customer service.

I have a SureSignal v3 on a BT Infinity line and a Draytek router. Whilst friends and colleagues with the same setup plug and play, I have setup a static IP and domain forwarding without any success.

My serial number is: 42143124180
ISP: BT Infinity
Postcode: GU51 4LY

I work from home 2-3 days a week and no mobile signal is detrimental to the business.
