Hi,
I recently gave my old SureSignal to a friend. They have been unable to register on the vodafone site. Sites just getting a message stating there is a problem with error code 500, 1013.
Do Vodafone need to do anything with the serial number to disassociate from my account before my friend can register?
S/N is 21230218063

Did you de register yourself from the Sure Signal Device ?
This needs to be done before someone can register themselves.

Thanks, I seem to remember doing this but it was some time ago.
Also noticed this on the FAQ;
Maybe I need someone from Vodafone to look into it.
