Hi
I have a v3 SureSignal - serial 42141622656 - which has been in use at my house for many months. My own mobile phone is registered with it - I get 5 bars versus the 0 bars that Perthshire normally offers, so I know it works.
My wife commented that her mobile signal in the house was rubbish and I realised her phone was not registered with the SS.
I've logged into my Vodafone account and the SS isn't listed, so I've registered it. It's now showing pendingActive.
How long is it likely to be, before I can add my wife's number to the SS? Forum posts suggest you must wait 24 hours after registering it, but - to repeat - my SS has been working for months, with my mobile number, so it must have been in my account at some stage. I don't know why it had vanished, hence I've re-added it.

A conundrum indeed !
If you wait the suggested 24 hours and then try to register and the system via the Dashboard won't let you then you then it's possible that Customer service via 191 or Live Chat (link in my signature below) will be able to help further.
