SureSignal v.3 is causing my BT Home Hub V.2 to drop out constantly. Whadup?

New SureSignal unit initially connected OK and seemed to be working. After a couple of hours, however, the Hub kept losing Broadband signal (WiFi signal was OK). Sometimes the Hub sorts itself out, sometimes it needs resetting. This seemed to be happening every 30 - 60 minutes. Unplugged the SureSignal - everything back to normal, hub signal stable, no dropouts, but no Vodafone signal either. Is there anything  can do to fix this, otherwise the SureSignal is gonna be pretty useless.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

Hi Pecksniff,

Thanks for providing this information, everything provided looks as it should.

We need to rule out the possibility the Sure Signal is faulty and causing this issue.

Please try it at a different location (such as friend/family members) so that we know if it does the same thing. If it does, it'll need sending for repair

Thanks,

Kay
