Hi, I am trying to investigate as to why a number of VSS devices aren't working in a particular network of ours.
I have checked that our subnet is whitelisted and that is AOK, also done the port forwarding and reset checks.
There are a number of questions on the forums relating to checking the route (via traceroute) to the Vodafone servers, could you let me know what IP I should be checking the route to please?
