SureSignal v3: No Power Light

Hi

 

I have a SureSignal v3, which has been working for a number of months - however, today there is no power light (or any other lights). Can you advise how to return it for replacement or repair? My sure signal s/n is 40131541035.

 

I'm unable to call 191 as I don't have a working Vodafone signal!
