HI,
I recently upgraded to a BT Hub 3 because my hub broke down and my suresignal 1 does not work now, I have done the hot boot, switched everything off overnight, unplugged the Suresignal and it still doesnt provide a signal to our mobiles. I get all the lights on but only 1 bar or most of the time none on our mobiles.
It all worked fine with our BT Hub 1. Any ideas as its started to bug me.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
