Ive owned a suresignal for many years now...and also look after a number of these devices at work so over the years Ive got used to their quirks.
My home suresignal (V1) tends to work flawlessly for about 12-18 months... then my phone will have an issue connecting.... and its reached that time again.
So...can you check Sure signal V1 S/N 21197039015
Can you push out the latest firmware...and hopefully that will sort it out as it has always done in the past!
Cheers

I realise these standard checks have to be done "everytime" ....but is there anyway my sure signal can just be checked to see if its on the latest firmware.
Nothing else has changed... I'm a systems administrator so I know a bit about IT and I havent made any changes on my home equipment....my broadband is working fine for everything else.... my ISP is SKY... so unless sky has changed anything recently (which I doubt) nothing has changed.

I understand you'd like to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
I've checked the serial number and can't see any issues from that.
Please provide the information requested in our previous post so we can check this and get things sorted as soon as we can, including pushing the latest firmware if required.

I've requested a software update for you.
Please don’t unplug or re set your Sure Signal device for at least 24 hours.

I think that has fixed the issue on my sure signal.... can I also have the update pushed out to my two other sure signals....
