We have a version 1, never had any problems, now all 4 lights are on permanently and we are not getting any boost to the mobile phone signal.
I've turned it off, disconnected the power and ethernet cable, left it 2 minutes, reconnected it, light one comes on, the data light on the back is flashing and then it goes back to all 4 on solid.
Any suggestions?

Hello @chalgravesteve
Please take a look through these Sure Signal Trouble Shooting threads :
https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting/td-p/23917...
Pethaps try a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues.
These are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Ive put a different power transformer on it and it appears to be booting up properly. Thanks.
Would never have considered the power as it was on!

Hello,
I also had the 'all four lights on' problem. I have just changed the power supply, as advised on this forum, and the Sure Signal is now up and running again. I would never have thought of changing the power supply. Thanks.
