Suresignal - poor speech quality for other person

My suresignal 3 (serial 42141606022) is working OK in that the lights are on as expected and it appears to get picked up by my phone when I make or receive calls.

 

Speech quality for me is OK but the person at the other end of the line tells me the quality is awful and they cannot understand me. This is useless for business obviously.

 

Results of testing below:

Could you please try the Sure Signal in a different location.

 

If the issue is replicated it suggests a fault with the hardware itself. You can arrange a repair if it's less than two years old by following the instructions here.
