We have a sure signal. The girl who set it all up we are no longer in contact with.. So its her email and password..

How do we unregister without email/password details..

Unfortunately if this has been registered under her name then it is only this person that can de-register it.

This can be done either through her online account or if she no longer has an account then she will need to get in touch to request for it to be de-registered.
