Hi,
I gave my Sure Signal to a cousin who is a Vodafone customer and he said it needs to be un-registered before he can use it. Can you message me and let me know how I can do this for him? Many thanks...

Hi Brian,
If you're still a Vodafone customer you can log into your online account and choose the option to manage your Sure Signal.
In here you can choose to deregister your unit :smileyhappy:

Hi Paul,
I'm not a Vodafone customer any more so I completed the online form yesterday. I then received an email saying that my account couldn't be verified so a phone call would be made. I missed this so replied again but have not heard anything further?
