Switching Off Suresignal Over Christmas (for the Tech Team)

As I'm away from the office for nearly three weeks at Christmas I was wanting to switch off my Suresignal as I don't want to leave it on all the time without anyone in the office.

If I switch it off I'm assuming Vodafone won't deactivate the Suresignal from their servers because of the period of it being unused and therefore useless when I return in the New Year?

Can Vodafone confirm that the period is still 3 months of non-use before they deactivate a SS?

Thanks.

Hi

"

How long has it been since you last used your Vodafone Sure Signal?

Not for the last three months: We may have put a bar on it. You can remove this bar by calling us free on 191 from your Vodafone mobile.
Not for the last 12 months: Your device may be fully de-registered. Contact us if you’d like to reactivate your account. Find out more in our Ts&Cs."

@johnnykins

Providing your festive period doesn’t last longer than three months, you’ll be fine. :Smiling:
