For the past week I have been using the £20 big bundle deal. Today I ran out of my 4g data so I topped up £20, for some reason It still says I have no data and I have waited an hour for it to have but it has not.

Is it your actual anniversary date so your next new set of allowances will start and your top up be taken ?

If not your top up would just sit on your Account awaiting your anniversary date which is every 30 days.

Please note if you've run out of data allowance  and keep your Mobile Data Setting turned On you'll be charged a daily amount to use data. Turn it off for now if this is the case to safe guard your top up. Use wifi. 

Tip > There is Vodafone Extras where you can buy more data in the interim if there is a decent amount of time between now and your refresh of allowances date.
