I've recevied a MMS Message from vodafone by email that says "you have received a message from mobile number +44..........).  How do I read this?  There are no instructions how to open or read the message, only how to reply.

Hi

This maybe official but I'd definitely check with customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

If Vodafone contact a person it's usually via certain ways as per the avenues in http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Using-our-network/Calling-and-messaging/Calling/38912113/Is-it-Vodafon...

Thanks for that.  I was trying to avoid contact Vodafone as I am I having so many issues with VVVVV bad customer service :o(  But you're right that I should check it out.  Thanks!

You're welcome.

As a rule of thumb I would always advocate not clicking on unknown links etc via email or on sites.

Better being safe than sorry.

Hi @aprusty

As your service provider, Vodafone need to provision MMS on your account.  This can be done by using Live Chat and making the request.

It might also be worth making sure you have the correct internet settings on your phone by following the link below.  The message will need to be downloaded using mobile data.

Unless you have the charge to account bar enabled on your online account, before clicking on any link in the message, it may be worth checking that you have not been sent an unsolicited reverse charge message from a third party.
