Text input methods

I have just started using a vodaphone smart4 turbo after using an old flip up phone with a number/letter keypad for texting. I find that the qwerty keypad has such small letter keys that my finger nails keep touching incorrect keys, i dont want to cut my nails so is there a different text input method i can use.

Hi @saw1954

Try having a look on the Play Store for a T9 keyboard

This should give you the same functionality as your old phone but on a newer touch screen device 😁

Another option is to try 'swyping' as opposed to typing - Swype and Swiftkey are two keyboards that offer that functionality.

A further option is a "touch stylus" designed for smartphones and tablets - just search, and a bewildering choice comes up. I'm forever losing the smallest ones (then finding a cache of them somewhere unlikely) so have one that is more standard pen size, though I cut my nails close enough that it's hardly worth bothering.
