Texting Croatia

I have a blackberry bold 9780 - I have been through extensive testing on the phone with vodafone but to no avail.

I cannot send text messages to Croatian mobile's beginning +385 98 (I believe this is the t-mobile network). It has worked previously but no longer - Vodafone's helpline does not know te answer. Has anyone had this problem and solved it - how?

There's no news as yet I'm afraid. As soon as there is an update we'll be on to update the thread, however the team have informed me today that they're not any closer to a fix at this stage.

I pay £5 a month extra to be able to send 100 International texts, For the last 2 months my contatcs in Croatia who are on T mobile have not been receiving texts. Voda phone stores and the help line say every thing is working this end. My friends in Croatia have been in touch with T mobile who say the problem is not there end.

The stores I have been to cannot help nor can the help line. There must be someone within Voda phone that deals with international partners who should be able to establish what the problem is. At present I am paying for a service that I am not getting

any news on the problems between Vodafone and T mobile Croatia. Still can not text them even though i have my  100 texts for £5 every month on top of my contract.numbers were checked so that they are not barred,sim card was replaced.the store advicers said that customer services are the only one to resolve the issue with t mobile.someone within Vodafone surely must be able to liaise with T mobile at the international level.This problem started about 2 months ago, i had never any problems before.I've seen on your forum that there were the same problems  in 2012 for example but no indication of what was the problem. So far i have had live chat with somebody, visited store in Cheltenham 3 times, visited the store in cirencester and gloucester, talk with 191, listen to a lot of music while put on hold..... can you help?

I went to the link which you sent me, filled private details, send a private email as asked, and now just got email to say that you do not use this email anymore so the advisors won't get my message! I'm getting nowhere with Vodafone regarding the problem of texting Croatia. Very disappointing. Since about 2 months ago I have spent about 15 hours trying to resolve this, either in shops, on line or 191.Any suggestions what I should do next?
