Texts messages

Having problems receiving text messages today. Been fine up to now. My sent texts are received okay.

I had problem earlier sending texts... they simply refused to send but after I. Switched phone off for few minutes and then on again and my phone connected to the system I could text again.so try see if doing that makes you receive them again

Thanks Helper 11. I will try this and let you know how i get on. When i send texts they are received. But i am not receiving texts from others.

Hi Helper V. Switched phone off for a few minutes then on again. Asked a friend to send a text....still not working but they are receiving my texts!!!

Contact live help or call 191 and see if they can find out what's wrong.sorry that my suggestion didn't help.please post back to let me know how you got on 🙂

Looking forward to hear your problem is solved. ..191 could take while to contact you though so if want help bit sooner. Live help is the key. ..it'll probably say it's busy but if leave page open it'll Soon become available 🙂
