I pre ordered the galaxy s6 and was promised the accessory bundle but I have still not received this in the post?

As posted on another thread nobody at Vodafone really does know when these are going to arrive as last night I had a long conversation with a manager about this and all he culd do was apologise that I had been given false expectations. He confirmed I would get a text from DPD when it was on its way

 

Then suddenly it has arrived to me this morning no text or warning so do not give up hope yet it may be with you very soon.

I am aware they were supposed to be receiving stock of these on Tuesday. Nice to read that someone has received theirs! Happy for you if a little green!

I was told by a manager today no stock, no idea when there will be stock, usually about two weeks. Two weeks from today. But basically no idea. Vodafone are just blaming Samsung now.

I preorded the s6 edge on 24 march , was promised the accessories package and still havent received it. After many hours and days talking to Customer Services I was advised last week to go into a store and pick an accessories package up. Went to the store and the store said no and that I had to buy one. The store then rang customer services who advised her that the customer had to ring customer services again. I rang while in store and customer services said to buy the accessories package for £60 and that I would be refunded in the next say or so. Now almost a week later and there is no £60 in my account. How can Vodafone continue to lie like this. Any other industry and they would be fined for mis-selling.
I have written a complaint letter (as there was nowhere to email one too). After being a Vodafone customer for more than 10 years I will not be renewing with them once this plan finishes. Absolutely disgusted at how they treat loyal customers.
