Vodafone is robbing people. They have charged me a bill of 700 pounds when I was away of the country and my phone was completely off. The customer service is so bad and they never ever found a solution for the mistake they did. I ended up paying the whole amount, plus exit fee as I wanted to leave vodafone after arguing with them nonstop for 3 months and then I filed a claim to the court to take back my money and switched to EE which is amazing. After all this, I am receiving calls and messages asking me to pay a bill when I have completely closed the account and settled all payments alreasy. So I don't know whatnis the best way to get done with Vodafone if I already finished my contract and paid exit fee !!!!!!
I recommend everyone here to be very careful with the bills they receive from Vodafone as I have 3 other friends that hd the same thing and change the supplier as soon as you can, they have many better deals and way cheaper than vodafone!
