I contacted customer services today and spoke to an advisor. I'm due an upgrade this month and my contract expires in May.
I'm currently thinking of leaving to go elsewhere because I feel I'm paying too much for what I'm using.
So I've shopped around online and found another network providor who will cater to the tariff I'm after.
It's a shame that I'm thinking of leaving because I've been with Vodafone for a very long time, but after the phone call I made today I don't feel as if enough was done to try and get me to stay.
I'm open to listen to any opportunities to be able to stay but if the only offers I'll be made are the one I was made on the phone, then I will be leaving soon.

Thanks for your post and it’s a shame to see you’re considering leaving us.
All of our current offers can be found on our online shop. Many of the phones and plans, such as iPhone’s, are fixed and we’re unable to match other offers, even if they’re with Vodafone at a third party retailer.
The only way to get a more bespoke offer is to contact our upgrades team on 191.
