Hi Support,
Please can I have an update regarding the Sure Signals. We have 13 V2 and all stopped working about 2 weeks ago. All are on seperate BT ADSL routers - some on business lines, some on personal. All lines are BT. The 2 that I have immediate access to have been reset using the guide but they are still not connecting.
As you can imagine it is not really possible for me to tracert etc from all properties but there must be something that caused all these to fail at the same time. A firmware update maybe?
Serial numbers as follows.
40113704718
40133871877
40113704783
40113704809

40113120238
40113800458

Many thanks

Hi @jharper,
I've requested for the firmware on these Sure Signal's to be updated.
Please leave them switched on for the next 24 hours and do not reset them within this time.
Once this time has passed, reset the Sure Signal's and they should be up and running.
Thanks,
Matt B

Hi Matt,
Many thanks, the majority of the SureSignals are now back online after a reset but I am still having an issue with one particular unit that just so happens to be our IT office booster.
Please can you check serial number 40112505561 to see if is communicating with the Vodafone gateway.
This is plugged into a BT ADSL router via a standard office network port. I unplugged the Suresignal from the network cable and plugged into the laptop for the following tests.
1. Speedtest - 8.38 Mbps down, 8.72Mbps up
2. External IP (Dynamic) 213.123.232.174
3. Tracert

Hi @jharper
Thanks for this information.
Looking at Sure Signal serial number 40112505561 I can see that this hasn’t made a connection to the network since July.
As this is being used in a business area, we recommend that this is tried in a different location, to see if this will connect to the network.
Cheers,
Laura

Hi Laura,
I patched this directly into the BT router yesterday so took out the internal patching equation. I now have a solid red power light and a faint signal light. Please can you see if the unit has made contact to the Vodafone network. I fear this may be a faulty unit.
Again, many thanks
Justin
