On the landline to VF now been on hold for 1hr 47 minutrs and still listening to XMAS songs.

I called the customer service line the other day and I swear that they played the same 2 Christmas song over and over. I never want to hear Michael Buble again!

Yep that him Mr Buble,and no i didnt get storted.Still in the same place i was 4 months ago.Pathetic service that is beyond repair.Everybody at VF is calling each other a liar it really is the Naffest phone provider out their.Phoning them is like listening to a monty python sketch.
