Three lights, no signal. Can you resync?

Hi Tech Team

My sure signal V1 has not provided any signal to the two phones that we use for getting on for two weeks now.

Done several hard resets, tried changing its address online, and left it unplugged for a week but still doesn't work. And I'm tired of no signal at home now

All three lights are on as though it is working but just no signal.

Can you kindly resync from your end please?

Hi bgs264,

I can see that you’re still on the old firmware so I’ve asked for the update to be pushed out to you.

Please leave the Sure Signal switched on and connected whilst this is done.

Thanks. How will I know when it is done? Do I need to reset it myself at any point or should it just start to work now?

Can you tell me if things have improved today?

You shouldn’t need to do anything to the Sure Signal but you may need to restart your phone.
