Topped up by voucher and still cant get online

Hi,

I bought a voucher for topping up my pay as you go dongle, entered the code and it still wont allow me online. The balance reads £10.00 so i know something happend.

Anyone help?

hey it needs £15 for it to connect and start the next 3gb worth of data. Get a £5 voucher and yuo will be all set

I'm afraid aliby121 is spot on with her suggestion.

The data packs required for a dongle cost £15 each. If you top up with an amount less than this it just shows as added credit, but once you reach £15 it will convert into a data pack, thus allowing access.
